Starting around 4:30 left in the 3rd, Ws had run of: Draymond hits 3, Draymond blocks Dame’s dunk, Curry misses a 3, Draymond blocks Plumlee’s dunk, Klay hits 3. Draymond’s whole third quarter was like that on defense though. Turned the game around. His defense has gotten completely ridiculous. Runner up DPoY my ass.

I generally agree with you but I think both the Thunder and Cavs are playing better now than they did in the regular season and we don’t really know just how good they can be.

Cavs definitely found a new gear. Should be no surprise given the way LeBron’s teams have generally played a lot better in the playoffs than the regular season.

Hats off to the Blazers—they’ve played two bad quarters and a bad overtime (and ‘bad’ is probably not giving those quarters enough credit.) Rest of this series they’ve been just as good as the Ws.

Yeah I don’t know what Memphis is gonna do now. Frankly I’ve been surprised they’ve kept this near constant run of playoff appearances. Seemingly every year they are not only in the playoffs but have a pretty good seed and are generally a pretty tough out. Don’t see how they will keep that up now, barring a major coup…

I was thinking that too, but I think there is another one (with a sequel) where it’s college students having some kind of sing off. Funny thing is, I never even saw the baseball one, but jumped to that one even though I actually saw the singing one (but not it’s sequel.)

Yeah it didn’t surprise me when they beat the Ws in OT. They have a ton of talent and they are young enough that they still had their legs under them when OT started. What did surprise me though was that Shabazz led the way.

Not only was Curry not playing, but their top 7 didn’t show up. Livingston, Speights, and I guess Clark were the only ones who had decent games.

That’s a clear foul by the letter of the rule. It doesn’t get called more than 10% of the time, and especially not at the end of a game, but it’s a foul.
