Women be crazy, right? Men are never the crazy ones. They may be mentally and physically abusive, but we don’t call ‘em crazy.

But honestly...why is that idea of peoples opinions evolving over time such a far-fetched idea? People change, their views, experiences, and education evolves and changes us. One would think / hope we grow as people as we mature.

Heheh... Stupid US farmers. You voted for Trump, and now you’re getting burned so damn bad. He destroys your farms to put in oil pipelines, he starts trade wars which ends up with no countries buying US produce, and now he’s taken away all your seasonal help.

Yeah Jordan was weak. ”Mike don’t like you” is such a quick easy comeback. The problem with these respectable responses is that they are so dull in the news cycle, they barely register. Also, he should have addressed the attack on LeBron

I think trumps narrative and bigotry resonated with people who were also bigoted and racist and felt like all the progress we’d made over the last eight years was making their kind a dying breed.

I’m older — I was all pumped to turn 18 just in time to vote in the ‘04 election (THAT WENT GREAT) — but I know what you mean. The night Obama won, my Swiss aunt called me on the phone sobbing about it from the other side of the world.

This regime is not over yet, give him time to sink lower than thought possible. Just because he isn’t as undemocratic, dogmatic, erratic, emphatic and full of static as another horror of a human being, doesn’t mean he is any less of a black stain on our country as a whole.

Oh, Michelle’s reaction is priceless. I feel this is an apt metaphor for what much of the US wants Obama to do now: say “you OK, baby?” and lull us back into comfort.

I was a high school exchange student in 2009 and I felt the same way. I’d heard all the horror stories of people pretending to be Canadian to escape the scorn and all I felt was love and joy having him as our leader

I was too young but my dad (lifelong Republican, changed his party to the Dems a year and a bit ago) let my sister and I take a third each of his vote because we were so passionate. My mom had to come comfort me because I couldn’t stop crying the day after Trump won and I had a couple big essays due

You’re fortunate to have your first vote be in a historic election. There will be elections that you will hope and long for the same kind of results. The outcome relies on more than your vote. It relies on your involvement, encouraging everyone you meet to know the candidates and VOTE. The upcoming election will

My husband’s first trip overseas was this January, for our honeymoon. We were in Cambodia and chatting with a younger guy who worked at our hostel, and Trump came up. We said how much we hate him, and he replied “this trump, he’s not so bad, right?” I said “I dunno, he’s pretty bad,” to which the young Cambodia fellow

Every single one of them would have set Dump on fire with their minds were it possible.

People literally danced in the streets here, both times he won.

I feel you. I walked to the polling station to vote for him in 08, and I was also just 18.

I literally just watched the entire ceremony where Biden was awarded the presidential Medal of Honor with distinction while walking my dogs tonight. It felt lovely to remember how heartwarming the Obamas and Biden’s were. I went down a little rabbit hole of just how lovey Obama was to people at the whitehouse. Calming

After having my own apartment for seven years and having enough $$ to have a dog for at least as long, I finally adopted a doggo yesterday! Her name is BB and she is very cute and loving. She even came potty trained! Her only “flaw” is some separation anxiety, so I’m a bit anxious about work on Monday, but I have a
