The fact that this looks cheap and ugly is already well-worn territory, but I’d just like to point out how dumb it is to transport these babies to actual fantasy locations. Part of the charm of the original show was seeing their young minds turn a normal-looking back yard, basement, etc. into an exotic environment.

This is probably an unpopular opinion, but nobody can “own” or “dunk on” or whatever to Ted Cruz, because he’s utterly incapable of shame. It’s one thing to attack Trump, who is so utterly and pathetically thin-skinned that even the faintest criticism will get a rise out of him, but Cruz clearly has a masochistic

I keep telling you I was having a bad day!

This is an article from a center-right site, but don’t let that scare you. It’s a really great analysis of Musk and why his performative rich troll guy act is both dangerous and a sad indictment on our era:

Beyond Sam having more character depth, becoming Captain Falcon

If only the great Jessica Walter had lived to see this day:

As someone who lived in New Orleans for 2 years, you’d be hard pressed to find a NOLA resident who hadn’t stabbed a fellow or two.

So it’s cute when a furry little animal does it, but when I’m caught wandering around with a milkshake cup on my head I get a visit from protective services?

The very same!

What kind of rock do you have to live under to think that Bagel Bites actually contained any real food at all?

Man, there’s nothing worse than sponsored content. I am going to express my opinion on it by writing a snarky comment that I’ve proofread and edited using Grammarly!

Tom Petty’s reactions are my favorite part about the video. His whole style both musically and personally was so different to Prince, and in that moment when Prince clearly deviates from what they rehearsed you’d think there would be irritation, but nope. Tom was such a mellow, understated guy that he was more than

I think it’s interesting that a guy who has had a 30-year career on television on major networks is still viewed as some kind of obscure, cult favorite.

I assumed he discretely slipped off to live a Yoda-like existence somewhere, both because he’s done with being a hero and wants to avoid the spotlight, and so Marvel can have an excuse to throw a bajillion dollars at Chris Evans in a few years in order to bring him back as a cameo.

You do realize that every word except ‘and’ in that song title IS a slur, and meant to be, right? Cher isn’t saying that calling people that is just fine and dandy, dude.

I’d also wager that ignorance is not always a defense and maybe we do need to be more mindful of how signs and symbols could be interpreted - I mean, I could hold up my middle finger to the camera and mean “1.” But the censors wouldn’t let that fly regardless of my intent.

The issue is not about caring about more than one thing at a time. The issues are that 1). internet outrage over hand gestures doesn’t do anything to actual combat white supremacists; 2). making a hand gesture very few people actually know is now “offensive” and using a word that is in the title of Cher’s 2nd most

Maybe they are trying to sabotage themselves and failing miserably, like beloved 90s cartoon Wacky Deli:

If it’s true and his social media is full of Trump shit, then I rescind my comment and issue a hearty “get fucked” in his direction.

A tiny minority of internet people getting wrapped up in the minutae of how exactly a hand signal is interpreted is not opposing white supremacy.
