With the lower drinking age you sort of need a lower age of consent. The drinking age in France is 18 therefore kids will in clubs at 15 through 17. Sixteen would probably make more sense, but you don’t want some 19 year old dude to get in trouble for banging a girl or guy he picked up in a club.
