Could be that the rush to produce this is because the rights might be going back to the author Chris Van Allsburg? He just might turn around and sell it to another studio and Sony can’t have that. Warner Brothers snagged The Polar Express which did better at the box office despite the uncanny valley and terrible…

You may be right. I know that A+E bought History which caused the change from actual history to reality programming. I’m not sure which company oversees the whole (Disney?). All I know is I can’t get history on History or science on Discovery.

That is cool. I didn’t know you could do this for fictional locations. I found it funny that Google could show me Doc Savage’s headquarters, but not The Shadow’s Sanctum.
