In Toronto Starbucks is running a program where you can text in your order and digitally pay so that you don’t have to wait in line. Only a matter of time before you can walk through your whole day without human contact.

Exactly. Even teleconferencing is hard to set up (and takes SOOO much longer than a single message to five people, and compiling the responses later in a follow-up). I would think older people tend to work for bigger companies (after moving up the ladder) so in-face meetings take too much time. As for spam, anyone…
Coincidently a friend of mine just reviewed the Commando Cody TV series from 1952 - ‘Commando Cody, Sky Marshal of the Universe’
This version of Aquaman is the only one I’ve ever cared for. I’m pretty sure I won’t be going to see Grim DArquaman.

Am I the only person who didn’t love Dune? I found this classic to be over-long and, preferring hard SF, I found the science to be pretty vague.
How long did Kryten take care of his dead owners before Lister found him? Centuries? That’s pretty dumb.
5 - Box was “dumb” in the sense that he was *malfunctioning* due to years upon years without maintenance.
That’s not what I meant. To quote from Monty Python…
What’s up with the Flash’s eyes?
