I can barely contain my giggles at the irony.

I’ve always been of the opinion that it’s more fun to ride a slow bike fast, than to ride a fast bike slow.

“Fuck off. Do people buy any of those expecting to get dairy butter? No, they fucking don’t.”

“Mint chocolate chip usually tastes like toothpaste and has the texture of gravel.”

Same here, mate. 6 years and counting, and she’s tolerated my smoking, depression, and even comes to death metal concerts sometimes (she’s not into death metal).

On the one hand, this looks like it would harm the grieving process immensely. Remember that Black Mirror episode where they recreate a deceased person? It got all kinds of kookie because the recreation’s behaviour was based on their social media presence, but the gist of it was that creating a simulated presence of a

“Very well, but could you clarify exactly what behaviour you found so uh... goofy, then, mister Mouse?”

Sure, I know. But, I dunno why, having a cartridge with just that one game on it, with like a sticker on it that marks that cartridge as ‘that game’... It just tickles my brain in a way, I guess. It’s not rational. I’m just a sucker for physical editions.

Aw man. Would’ve liked a cartridge. The idea of having whole games on such a tiny little piece of plastic tickles me.

I feel exactly thesame! I actually read about the timelines before I got around to watching, and told my girlfriend about it as well, and we still both ended up with headscratchers. There was this one Ah ha!-moment in the Striga episode; where you see the old portrait of young Foltest and Adda, and then later the

No, comrade. It’s straight to the firing squad for you.

Oh for sure, like I said, I did really enjoy the show for what it was. And yeah, I really quite like how they did Yen’s buildup (gripes on how unclearly the show establishes it’s timelines aside) and development. And there’s definitely some improvements over the source material.

Yeah, games, then books then the show was definitely the wrong order for me to enjoy the Witcher stuff in. On the one hand, I really rather enjoyed the show. But on the other hand, having read the stories before, I was a bit miffed by some of the things they left out.

May all her coffee be perpetually cold, and her beer forever lukewarm.

I’m partial to black pudding over haggis for breakfast, if I’m being honest.

Did this big trip around Scotland a few years ago, ate haggis on various occasions and in various dishes. The classis haggis, neeps ‘n tatties, big breakfast with haggis, eggs, bacon, mushrooms -the works- and even a fried chicken sandwich topped with haggis.

Thing is, BotW is such a huge sandbox of fun stuff, even if she doesn’t get around to questing and ‘beating’ the game, she’ll likely still have a hoot exploring the world.

The last time I accidentally ‘tasted’ some of the chili pepper residue -left on my hands after cooking with said peppers- through my junk, it was, in fact, absolutely DELICIOUS.

That’s so heartwarming, I can’t even muster the evil to throw in a joke about the setup’s lack of a handheld mode or her pulling off sick Lynel-kills.

If this is true, and it’ll be out anytime soon, I guess it kinda makes up for the fact that Cyberpunk 2077 was delayed.
