I, too, ‘enjoyed’ mother!... as far as viewing such a movie can be considered enjoyable. It’s a fascinating story that only really clicked for me once I realized it was all allegory (I went into it completely blank, expecting just a good old thriller/horror movie).

We (The Netherlands) have a remarkably similar dish as well! It’s called a ‘Kapsalon’ (meaning barbershop or hair salon). It’s chips, topped with cheese, topped with kebab, topped with garlic sauce (optional: toss in some sambal oelek), topped with tomatoes/lettuce/onions.

Probably not. I think the arguement would be that the distribution is uneven. Where I am, you can literally just walk into some game/electronics shops and buy a Switch right now. I’ve had mine since May, when there were indeed some shortages, but even then I managed to get one pretty easily.

I would like to take this opportunity to get philosophical and say that in that respect, Mario Kart mirrors life beautifully.
The fact that he shared this on facebook for the world to see -and then defended it untill probably being told to apologize for being a bad boy- tells one of two things; either he’s got an alarming lack of empathy, intelligence, common sense and decency, or he honest-to-God believes he did nothing wrong.
I agree that the on-the-fly switching is pretty gimmicky and doesn’t have that much practical applications. HOWEVER, I really, really dig being able to use the Switch as both a home console and as a portable; given that before I got it I owned neither (PC gamer; I got a lovely rig set up in a seperate room/office).
