"Colapses"?
"Colapses"?
You've indicated what you consider "reasonable". I didn't have to "assume" anything.
I have answered the question, repeatedly, and in detail you either don't read, don't understand, or just plain don't like.
"Polly want a cracker?"
It was not struck down by the 2nd Circuit, but it's on its way to the SCOTUS with Alan Gura at the helm (the lawyer who won Heller, and who was on the team that won McDonald). The way it works is that a suit must be filed and pursued up the chain of judicial authority. A suit has been filed, and passed through the…
You seem to be incapable of grasping constitutional law, what the Constitution permits, and what it prohibits.
My argument is that what you want to do is beyond the government's delegated powers, because keeping and bearing arms that have military utility is a fundamental right, not a privilege, and I backed it up with evidence.
Refute my argument, point-by-point.
You'd better look again, McGoo, and this time wear your glasses.
(You really ought to see a doctor about that leftist myopia…)
Yes, I have.
Laws that materially interfere with the core purpose of the right are constitutionally impermissible. That they don't work either is another issue.
Your position is that of the progressives. That is not a generalization, it's a fact. But that's your issue, not mine.
Yes, it IS ridiculous.
Yeah, that's the progressive propaganda alright.
That bogus argument, created by the progressives in 1939 by misrepresenting the U.S. v. Miller decision, died in 2008.
Tell that to the guys flying drones that assassinate people an ocean and two continents away, dude. I'm sure their gig has NOTHING to do with "violent video games". [eyecross]
They do preach responsible gun ownership. AAMOF, they are the ONLY national organization with a hands-on training regime that centers on safety, complete with primer Eddie Eagle courses to keep kids from playing with guns and educating them as to the awesome destruction that guns can inflict. Their NRA-trained…
They are not. That's just leftist anti-gun bullshit. The organization that represents gun manufacturers is the NSSF, not the NRA. The NRA's membership is comprised of individuals; the NSSF's is comprised of manufacturers.
Laws that cross the line of constitutional constraints are not "reasoned" nor "reasonable".
