@Miggity: I think that's what Apple calls it, but iPhone 2G seems to be what the fanbase calls it. It's easier to say that than to type out "the original iPhone".

Thank God that some smart hackers have managed to make some iOS 4 features available to those stuck with the iPhone 2G. (Why do they call it that anyways, if it's the first gen iPhone? I'm guessing it has to do with the iPhone 2G being EDGE, as opposed to 3G?)
