@korrupt9187: Except that for most people, IE6 works fine for Facebook and YouTube, or more people would've upgraded already.

@ExtensionOfBob: You can still watch YouTube videos on IE6. You just won't get new features.

I changed the user agent of Firefox to IE6. The order of the browsers is completely random. Sometimes IE8 is before Chrome.

@CoHPhasor: I take German class and I'm part German, but I couldn't tell you what "wisely" means in Deutsch. So I turned to Google Translate. "klug" seems to be "wisely" in German. But I can see a German person making an honest mistake.

Am I the only one who notices the typo in the application title bar? It says "Choose WISLEY", not "Wisely".

@Jimbo: Nobody actually uses MySpace anyways.

Facebook, definitely. All my friends are there and I've taken the time to tweak my privacy settings. I use Twitter sometimes, but I don't see as a social network. It's more like a stream of Facebook statues to me. Only some of my friends are there. Google Buzz. Eh. I love Google, but hearing about these privacy issues

I don't mind. I use Linux Mint (which is based on Ubuntu) and they use a really cluttered version of Google which I hate, so I still have to change the defaults.

I don't read NYTimes enough to care, and when I do read it online, I just skim the articles in the Tech section. I probably read about 1-3 articles a week from there. No big deal for me. But for a lot of other people it will.

I think the fact that people are comparing Glary to CCleaner and Revo, though similar, is a testament it to its usefulness. Besides, a $40 program for $0 is a great deal!

My desktop. I like the full-sized keyboard, even if it's just a Dell generic, its still better than any laptop keyboard, especially if I'm trying to do homework from a textbook. It's awkward and uncomfortable to put a book somewhere and then use the laptop. I can put the book on a desk in front of the monitor, and

I love Google little bit more now.

F*ck you dolpheen!

Who would buy anything but Office Pro Academic? For $99, you get the entire Office suite. I'm sure there's somewhere online you could buy it.

@h4nn4h: Going into Ubuntu Terminal and typing "sudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst" and then changing the timeout to 0. You'd then need to change the Vista partition to be the default choice.

@ploopsy: My school has a plug high above a window that is in a stairwell. You'd have to get a ladder to get up there.

Tip: the microwave is your friend. Just don't stare into its viewing windows. You'll get cancer. (I never said it was your best friend.)
