Just out of curiosity, anyone get the free DVDs Netflix was promising a month ago yet?

!!!! LOL— I thought it was some conspiracy!! That it intuitively knows what I wanna watch then hides it from me! Like, I’m watching a show— then come back a half hour later and it’s nowhere to be found because Netflix wants me to wade thru all the other stuff.

Give the VA time to settle in.Even experienced vet voice actors settle in. Compare Bender in Futurama S1 to later when DiMaggio REALLY gets the read of him. 

I don’t watch the show but it’s hilarious how many news stories I’ve seen about the actor change, like it’s going to be some huge reveal, and then it’s... two voice actors I’ve never heard of.

After watching the episode I think both Cardoni and Belden are perfect choices. They’re similar enough to Roiland, while still distinctive, with the bonus that now the characters actually sound like two different people, instead of clearly being voiced by the same person.

Sounded fine to me.

I’m sure based on history and how they handled the voice change for Solar Opposites, Rick and Morty fans will focus on what really matters, the writing, and will take the new voices in stride and positively. 

And had I not known there was any change, I wouldn’t have been able to tell from last night’s episode.
