That’s the beauty of voice acting: The character’s appearance may have some role in the *animation* (and possibly story), but in the end, what they look like is secondary to the performance behind the character. Her being black doesn’t *define* her, and neither should the ethnicity of the actress.
Same here. I got a 280, and Ultra looks darn pretty at 1080. But yeah, it does need some optimization. I get rates from smooth 60 fps in non action areas, to borderline unplayable just by entering the Boston Commons. But in terms of stability, the game has surprised be above all other Bethesda titles.
