A bit of both. BMW is a bit lacking in their class right now and the Kia lineup actually looks pretty good these days.
You could swap the badges on that thing with "KIA" and no one would ever know the difference.

I would agree that BMW run flats are terrible tires to unmount and mount, but the old tires weren't run flats. That would have been an understandable obstacle.

If you had read my other comments, you would have found out that they didn't touch my car. They were the only shop available that day that I called. I took the extra wheels with new tires to get mounted. I (wrongfully) assumed that they could at least mount a set of tires.

Without Clarkson (and presumably the other two), the Top Gear brand will take a major hit. Clarkson, Hammond and May will go on to do another show, hopefully with an online media provider and will take much of their audience with them.
They're going to stay as a threesome and start their own show. They have no reason not to. They could easily do a show on their own with a private network and make 10x the money they have so far.

I agree on infrastructure. My opinion would be that Infrastructure spending should be allocated from the general fund, not strictly from gas/travel tax.
