They're getting closer...

I saw the prototype Lotus lineup at the L.A. Auto Show a few years back. They were beyond gorgeous in person. It's a real shame they were never built.

"Ryan, some things in here don't react well to bulletshhhh."

Is it really worth that? As much as I and others might love it, there are hundreds of other cars more worthy of that price tag.

I have one. Fine for 100 miles a day. I regularly drive 200ish miles one-way several times a month. That's too far for a commute in a Jetta. Seats aren't comfortable enough and road noise is high. 46mpg no matter how you drive though, no complaints there.

My parents have a 2008 Mercedes E320 BlueTec. One of the best commuting cars I've driven. High-30's mpg and and a great ride, and fairly affordable these days.

Clarkson doesn't care about being politically correct, which is why I think he has such a huge fanbase. Sure, he's crossed a few lines before but what comedian hasn't? We don't tune into Topgear every week to watch a bland NPR-ish automotive segment. We tune in because they push the edges of childish humor and have

Bolivia special. Best episode ever.

Yes, the hipster hype was very annoying and no, it doesn't have the obligatory high-side pipes, but this will be a huge success for Ducati. Give it 10 minutes on the street and the high-side pipes will be everywhere for them. The only thing I don't really like is the chunky, single side seat frame. A smaller, tube

I always check how many miles are on the cabs I take whenever I'm in NY. Almost all of them are between 200k-500k miles.

It definitely depends on the buyer and location. I turn my own wrenches, I do my own maintenance, I replace my own clutches. I know plenty of people who cannot do any of that, and for them, a new car with a warranty is what they need to buy. I used to live in Southern California and spent plenty of time worrying about

I may have gone a bit overboard.

I'll leave this here

I'm not a "fanboy" but I am an iphone owner. The one reason I do like the iphone line is their smaller size. I have never been a fan of using a tablet as a phone. I like a phone I can easily pocket. These phones that keep getting bigger and bigger are ridiculous to me. I'll get an iphone 6 on my next upgrade, but

I couldn't agree more. This is why I only buy fully-depreciated luxury cars around 6 years old. Lower mile cars have plenty of life left in them and are amazingly cheap.

I'll just leave this here...

Hover boards.

This list could have been full of just Mansory's top ten most vulgar cars...

While I understand your argument and might agree to some point, supercars are necessary.

I view supercars as engineering art or usable art. I'd much rather drop $1M on a Zonda to sit in my living room than a painting on the wall. Supercars are inspiring. I can't and probably won't ever be able to afford one, but it
