Nintendo had a few good multiplayer couch games but not a whole lot. I'm not counting the games which were just a big collection of mini games.

Mario Kart, Smash Bro's brawl , New Super mario bros were some of the ones I had enjoyed on the Wii

The system's library seems to cater toward couch multiplayer experiences

I've played it on emulator and some people have done texture packs but it's not the same as having it done officially. They supposedly added new features plus the use of the gamepad and off tv play is pretty sweet. I'm sure there will be comparison videos of the pc emulated vs the Wii U hd version. I actually have

And this is why I love the internet. I feel like one day if I ever have kids and grandchildren I'll be telling them how I was alive during the great console war of 2013

I'm glad everyone is thinking the same way on this

I literally yelled that out at work haha

I did too and I was at work which was the best part

I actually screamed out "Fuck Yeah" in my office and realized oh yeah I'm at work hahah

you read my mind. I thought it was maybe a new update or something I didn't know about haha.

this definitely makes Dungeon Defenders 2 less attractive

Anything that's like Mirrors Edge has got my attention. I loved mirrors edge as well as an earlier lesser known game on the xbox called breakout

This is beautiful

you can actually hook up an xbox 360 controller and play it very nicely. That's what I would do at work during breaks. Get in some multiplayer gaming on the go

Well I'm very thankful that they went the sci fi direction. Something about realistic modern shooters makes them boring to me. I want a world that literally couldn't exist at this day and time, something to loose myself in and explore. This game will also probably give me a reason to upgrade my PC.

well the thing is minimum wage isn't enough anymore. When I was 18 *29 now* I made minimum wage and had an apartment and I could pay all my bills off that job. Today if I made minimum wage there would be no way I could afford to live with the cost of things going up. Gas alone had quadrupled in price from what it was

I once worked for a game company where everyone was initially hired as a contractor so there wasn't that sense of not fitting in. Eventually they decided to hire everyone as full time employees since we started growing. The benefits of being an employee were a lot better plus in the end we all got laid off after we

I actually am loving the fact that you can't tell this game is an online game at all from this video. I usually shy away from mmo's because the games never feel as good as single player rpgs in my opinion. This looks awesome with actual combat thank goodness.

I feel you on that one. It's hard to keep up these days. I am getting worse and worse at actually beating games because I'm moving on to the next game.

Well if you ever get a chance it's pretty fun, and getting your head chopped off is more fun than it seems haha

Yeah I have 2 PS3's for that feature alone. A modded PS3 lets you do remote play on games the developers didn't set it up for. I was playing killzone 3 and mortal kombat it was pretty awesome how well it worked. What's cool is some of these games were out before they even made the Vita haha.

I'm really excited for that

I recently got a new laptop too and what I do sometimes is hook it up via HDMI to my TV and you can actually use an xbox 360 controller with this game and it works pretty good. That way I can kind of use my pc as a console on my TV. Steam has this cool feature called big picture that lets you control the entire
