Nope, it’s still there. (thankfully)

It’s moments like these where I’m glad Kotaku ditched their score system. Rabid redditors need to actually READ the piece to find something to rage about (and then they realize that it’s actually a well thought out, reasoned piece).

Chains of Olympus == Ghost of Sparta?

I turned off the photo mode, 'cause I knew I'd go picture-crazy if I didn't.

Kotaku has been getting better. Gizmodo though... Yeesh.

Cold Steel as well! The bit you're getting to is excellent, Jason, which I just finished. Heimdallr is pretty cool.

Say it ain't so!

This seems like the Metal Gear Solid 3 of cars.

The less Gizmodo handles, the better. Too many authors willing to shovel out reposts there, or, worse yet, put their own spin on it, while detracting from the overall quality and quantity of information delivered. I think Kotaku (Patrick) did a good job here.

How disappointing.

feel free to give it a try though

I was going to say the exact same thing.

what

Yes.

Those battle menu animations look wonderful at 60fps. <3

Then why publicize the review in the first place? You'd think he'd stick by his "no score" choices, and leave it to the "unassigned score" section of Metacritic.

Here’s what I’m betting: This guy sent in his review to Metacritic, and, to generate “buzz” and publicity for his column, gave it a score so low that it would be the only one on the negative portion of the Metacritic graph. A tiny red bar in the midst of tens of positive reviews, and the single red box on the score

Good piece, you covered a lot of the different instances of the review system reflecting different attitudes of players.

How has nobody done this yet?

They denied an alternate history angle in subsequent interviews, and made no mention of it in the discussion during the reveal. Nope.
