They should put it against yellow so people know that it’s green.

I thought they had already course corrected with shows like The Expanse, 12 Monkeys, Dark Matter, Killjoys, Earp, Van Helsing, Channel Zero and Magicians.
There’s a couple of things that’s different.
Generally, time travel shows where the characters go to another time are expensive, since you’re talking period sets, clothing, etc, plus the vfx. Shows like Travelers, where it’s about people from another time in OUR time, are a lot cheaper, since you don’t have to worry about making a street look like 1850 or 1950…
Thank goodness we still have 12 Monkeys and that it dug itself out of a plodding hole at the end of last season.
But Travelers is coming back for a S2! That first season slayed, I can’t wait for those ethically dubious time-boppin’ kids from the future to come back for more shenanigans.
Limitless was one of the rare examples of a TV spinoff that was better than the original property from which it was spun. Hopefully somebody gives Jake McDorman a new series soon — his comedy chops were on point.
Other moral of this story: don’t give your show a title ending in -less. Wrle have had 3 in the last 2 years (Limitless, Timeless, Powerless) and they all bit the dust after one season.
But... Travelers got renewed. Does that not count because it’s a Canadian show that Netflix picked up?
Same here and it’s the week of normal network finales so there’s not a lot of deleting room.
Thankfully 12 Monkeys has already been renewed for a 4th (but sadly final) season.
The best one is 12 Monkeys, which got renewed for two seasons, but Syfy is doing weird shit with it, like releasing the entire third season over next weekend.
I hate to correct you, but I’m pretty sure it was canceled after one season. Like Heroes.
Season 1 was filmed in a town about 15 mins from me. I’m there pretty much every weekend and it ruined the 4th wall completely.
Marvel is going to promote this as much as they do the Netflix shows and Agents of SHIELD
So I have a passing knowledge of this show (the wife watched it for 4 seasons), and my biggest criticism is that they regained their memories too quickly. It was far more interesting when they didn’t know that they were fairytale characters. They could have drip-fed memories to specific characters, forcing various…
Yeah,Killjoys! I don’t care if it is cheap or “dumb”, I love that show. And while it is lightweight, it got pretty intense towards the end last season. Can’t wait for July!!
Speaking of eating Twin Peaks, if you happen to find yourself in North Bend, Washington and get the urge to go try a slice of pie and/or coffee at the Mar-T-Cafe (now named Tweeds) - don’t. The food there is fucking awful. Sub Dennys level of food. It also had a kitchen fire ages ago, so it doesn’t even look the same…
Isn’t this like the origin story for a dozen comic book villains?
Is nobody going to talk about how he’s growing a Tony Stark goatee?
