Well, it's December 2014. And since the Guardian has referenced this silly, angry, predictably-Jezebel essay, here are a few observations.

And whose brand, and whose appeal? Marketing is a bit more targeted then that, especially when over a billion dollars of marketing and brand endorsements is represented in a single cell phone photo. If it's marketing, it's the single-most expensive bit of product placement and endorsement in the history of mankind.
