Lotus will build you whatever you want.

I have written quite a bit for the J squad over the years. Big brother does his own thang.

I am such a maniac. I love it.

I know :) I was just saying that I agree with you.

It’s bright blue, so I can normally find it fairly easily.

False. Corvettes are great. Because they are.

All of them.

While I don’t dispute that both cars are quicker around a circuit (I drove both as a part of R&T’s PCOTY testing), Lightning Lap isn’t the best judge of a car’s abilities.

They removed weight, and didn’t add any power.

Doubtful.

5 of the GP Edition, about 150 or so of the 410 Sport, and a lot more of the 400.

This guy was pretty geeked when he saw me on Rodeo Drive.

Also, 911s are ubiquitous in SoCal. The Evora was a head snapper.

I said the same thing.

The 410 has no rear seats—part of the weight savings. But agreed on the 400!

Depends on your intent. The Cayman will be much more livable. The Elise will be more invigorating.

It is. The ACR has much more power and grip, and is decidedly more brutish. The Evora is properly sized, and it is less hammer, more scalpel.

Yep. The president of Lotus USA, Adam Spas, is about 6’5” and had no problem driving it when he picked me up from my hotel.

I should have mentioned that RealTime and Acura would prefer to run the hybrid system in the GT3 car, as they believe it would be an advantage. Alas, FIA agreed with them.

Mission accomplished!
