i drive both of those cars on a regular basis and i have to say... your wrong. both are comfortable as hell and you get great visibility out of them, easy to park. Only complaint is fuel costs.

this was an attempt at insurance fraud. Moron decided to film and upload to youtube. reading the sources i was able to find, the kid was charged but im not sure about fines/jail time.
