@Mindfield: There's also the problem that water boils at a lower temperature the lower the atmospheric pressure. Try the sci-fi idea of smacking a comet ice-ball into Mars to create an ocean - and watch it boil away in the sunlight under Mars' current atmospheric pressure. What exactly are Apple's standards? If the woman's right breast cup was 1" higher, would that have been okay? Would a coming of age story about a man be okay, but not if about a woman?
