“He” is not keeping the government closed. The Democrats can send a bill that includes the funding, it’s that simple. Also, the ‘travel ban’ has nothing to do with the funding bill.

Trump is not ‘keeping the government closed’ any more than Democrats are ‘keeping the government closed’. Dems won’t provide the money in the spending bill to help secure our borders, it’s as simple as that.

Bold part is not a lie, you’re just making stuff up. For decades the border patrol and law enforcement have been saying they want/need a wall. Here’s a link from the conservative NPR in 2006 saying just that.

Totally agree that Trump should’ve pushed this harder when Republicans controlled the House. They needed 60 votes to push this thru so even though they had a majority, they needed some Democrats to vote with the Republicans. Nancy & Steny wouldn’t let that happen. Point stipulated.

The Obama family vacations cost the US taxpayers ~$100M during 8 years. This is all public info obtained through FOIA requests. Michelle’s trip to Spain in 2010 cost ~$470,000 alone.
