Yes, it does. All the Dyson does is have a heater and a fan. If you don’t want heat it just turns the fan on. The Dyson site doesn’t indicate these contain an air conditioner or anything else to artificially cool the air. These devices do the same thing.

I’ve had a pair of these for about 3 months and use them 4-5 times a week during exercising. As long as you don’t expect excellent sound quality, they’re a great set of headphones.
