DeJoy is about ruining the USPS, he probably doesn’t care about the new vehicle as long as it’s a significant expense that he can point to and use to claim that the USPS needs to cut service.

This, in USPS livery would look great.

“please......kill................me........”

What I don’t understand about all of this, is why did they want a bespoke model? Yah yah they had very specific design inputs, BUT, how could they not have been met with a Ford/GM/Chrysler chassis with an up fitter for the functionality requirements?

All I see here is a bespoke model with service parts coming from a

So this one didn’t make the cut either?

SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!  Don’t give them any more ideas!

I’m so damn tired of men getting away with being assholes because ‘he’s a creative genius’. There are plenty of other talented artists out there that aren’t assholes.

The moment I left the theater, after watching Avengers Age of Ultron, and seeing Natasha Romanoff being reduced to a boob trampoline, chasing after a man who was clearly uncomfortable with her advances, become his babysitter and exist ONLY to soothe his manpain, then some weird fucking “im a monster because I cant

For many, he was an example of what more equitable storytelling might look like, a model for how to create compelling women protagonists who were also very, very fun to watch.

Taking a small step into reality (the USPS mail van has a 20.8 mile daily mail route at 13.8 mph*), the Ford Transit EV, Mercedes Sprinter EV, and the Rivian RPV soundly trounce any of the semi-finalists. And don’t forget the Arrival van, being tested by the U.K. post office and UPS:

So UGLY was a prerequisite then.

Same with the very low and long duck snout hood apparently.

My issue with the direction they went is that it seems like a stereotypical gvt decision. Real world enterprises would have sought a balance of performance and cost, while this decision seems to have been made with no concern for development, mfg, and maintenance costs. All the amenities they are raving about on the

Wonder how the cubic capacities of these vans compare. You’d have to think the Transit-bodied vehicle has eons more space than some of the others. When I think LLV, I think more of a Transit Connect-sized vehicle than a full Transit. I imagine USPS was perfectly happy with the current capacities and didn’t see a need

Was the giant completely upright windshield somehow a requirement?

Avatar became one of America’s favorite shows thanks to Netflix last year. There’s money in this now.

Others are saying that it has hilarious stuff, and it does. It also ranks with Lynch’s darkest.  Occasionally it’s both at the same time.

Oh, it has some hilarious moments. And also some wonderful surprises for fans that don’t feel forced or fan service-y. And then some other stuff that you never would have expected or imagined. Do watch it if you get the chance. If there’s a way you can afford it, don’t think twice. That’s my advice. It’s a singular

Damn, that sucks. I mean, it’s definitely a little more “Fire Walk With Me” than OG Twin Peaks, but it’s still really funny. There’s a main plotline that plays almost exclusively as a satire of fish-out-of-water comedies and it is wonderful. It’s a very different kind of series with a different kind of tone and

Oh, it’s got plenty of humor, but yes, it is darker too.
