Blame MS for that one. Apparently 343 asked for more time but MS wanted them to release it on the 10th anniversary of Halo 2.

My base model car had everything except the panoramic roof and 18" rims. I instead live with 17" rims, touchscreen nonsense but I have bluetooth so thats nice, a DCT that doesn't entirely suck and compared to the "non base" model, I'm not really missing many things that matter.

I'm betting that car has a lot of hp. A normal human can generate 1-2 hp, and Fred can lift giant slabs of meat weighing half a ton over his head, and move a car with just partial leg movement to about 50-60 mph. The #1 Bond Lotus Esprit is the same "car" that was restored on the History Channel show "American Restoration" in the episode called "Bond Ambition". If I remember correctly the restoration cost was $50,000.
