I never paid much attention to Esquire but between this and their article about how women are officially sexy at 42, it seems like they're trying to out-douche Maxim.

It's too bad, because there is genuine fashion advice to be had for the portly fellows out there. When I was overweight, I merely gave up and wore baggy everything, thinking it could hide my shame. In hindsight, what a mistake! Don't go baggy, it just attributes more weight to you than you've actually got. Go lean.

The most offensive part of the article was that he suggested double breasted suits. #RealTalk: 95% of the population cannot pull off a double breasted suit, and larger men trying to be fashion conscious are most often bringing attention to their problem spots easier in such an ugly device.

I know this probably qualifies as body-shaming/body-snarking or whatever, but man, she is so thin that it kind of hurts to look at her. She didn't look like this during the first season of Girls! Those arms are like Mischa Barton 2005 arms. I hope she's not hurting herself to look like that. :(

All of this is so disgusting, but his response seriously sickens me. To basically say it was all a big misunderstanding and make himself out to be the victim is horrifying. I hope she gets the help she needs to keep away from him, and to keep herself safe.
