Woah, I mostly work with mammals doing some stuff with sperm competition but mostly proximate mechanisms of sexual behaviour/sexual differentiation. But I am currently working on a project with tree crickets also!! Sexual selection is really what interests me most. And I LOVE LOVE insects.

There is just so much bad science reporting on these things that people just shut down when they see studies like this and don't even try to understand them.
