Oh, I love learning new facts. I don't think that's the reason people dislike Piper at all.

I don't think you can never pet a service dog, you're just not supposed to pet them while they're working. I'm not sure what the rules are during training. But I imagine there are clear commands for the dog - now you're "on duty," now you're free to sniff and run and poop like a normal dog.
Yeah, like if our bangs look better down or to the side.
I didn't think it was too early, but only because of things her brother hinted to when he talked to her fiance - she's never been that happy with her normal life, even if she's very motivated. Losing herself in a new world was easy, even if that world was shitty.
You know how Russians love chicken!
After some light googling - it looks like she had some trouble with alcohol and drugs in the early 2000s, which might have been why she disappeared for a while. I hope she's doing well, and is able to keep using that experience in her acting - she's is fantastic in OItNB.
Oh my god, I didn't realize she was in But I'm a Cheerleader until just now, and I loved that movie. Good for her! I hope Orange is the New Black keeps getting her good parts, she's great.
Sophia before she transitioned is actually played by Laverne Cox's twin brother.
That's because no one watches HBO legally ha.
I know it's super late, and I haven't seen all of Season 1 yet so I don't know much about Claudette, but in later seasons they explain that the older inmates are typically in for more serious crimes (including murder). They are put into maximum security right after the crime, but when they become elderly they…
Yeah, it's one of those times were writing a story is going to have to be stilted - in a real conversation she'd probably just say "please keep it" and Sophia would know what she meant, but as a viewer I thought she was talking about the dress until she specified. So for dumb viewers like me, we need the stilted…
Sophia's flashback scene where her wife helps her get dressed, was so powerful for me. Her seeing herself in the mirror as a really hot woman almost had me in tears. Honestly, I know it's not as big a deal for me, since I'm not transgendered, but I identified with that moment in a small way - due to really strong…
Ha, I'm with Kumagoro. She was so pretty! I thought it was supposed to be fake acne not eczema though.
Gene is so similar to a friend I had in high school, it's kind of alarming. He wasn't interested in traditional music but loved repetitive loud sounds, he would make up short songs all the time, he would inject snarky comments about people or weird non-sequiturs, and he would occasionally poke the metaphorical bear.
Tina is absolutely my favorite. I think one of the best parts of the show is how the kids and parents look out for each other, and ultimately have each other's backs.
I know this is about celebrities and not characters, but I want a bitchy boozy and rich mother/grandmother character - think Jessica Walter's character in either Arrested Development or Archer. The grandmother on the Gilmore Girls is a less insane version.
I thought Jinx looked fantastic and very polished… Except for those tights. It would have been such an easy fix! I'm sure she had an extra pair that would have looked amazing.
What I've always heard with regards to public speaking is that if you're confident you're going to be good, you ought to go first or last, because those are the ones that will be best remember. If you're not confident, you should go in the middle, where you'll be forgotten quicker.
Nooooooooope.
It's going to be a maze.
