The Suns can be fun to watch, but they lose a lot. Also no one will accuse you of being a dickhead for being a Suns fan.

You realize that even overturning Roe v. Wade (something 1 current justice is in favor of) would not make abortion illegal, it would make it a matter up to the states. Trying to pass an abortion ban nationally would be politically improbable and Constitutionally untenable.
Uh....ok
That isn’t happening, go change your diaper.
No person who disagrees with you can be reasonable, so we should dissolve the political process and make anyone who disagrees with you a slave or just kill them.
This is not really the whole story. The Dems in 2008-10 mostly froze Rep. Congress members out of every bill, so of course they voted against it. Bill Clinton, even when he had the congress, at least tried to get involvement and support of the GOP (didn’t always work).
I would say that Jerry would do his best Wallace impression and then either step aside or be taken into federal custody. I’d say that any case where a state refuses to comply with federal law will either be handled by force or economic penalties, depending on the state (or in certain cases, just ignored for pragmatic…
My God, what a hysterical response - were you literally peeing your pants when you wrote it?
Part of the reason it doesn’t often happen is there is no path to victory in only focusing on limited parts of the country. In theory, you could have a popular vote winner become president who only had a majority in one state. I wonder if any hot takes would come from that scenario.
Yes, all that power that Wyoming has, ruling over poor little California!!
To be fair, the OP said Hillary “has every right” to be the president-elect. She does not. In a perfectly just world she would be disqualified from serving as president and be in jail (along with Trump). On balance she is doing better than she deserves.
Yes, the system screwed Hillary. She is a victim. No one has ever, on balance, ever been treated more poorly than her and she definitely does not belong in prison.
Is Stephen A. Smith going to say he provoked her?
I bet some people are a little concerned about the expansion of executive power ushered in by Obama, now.
If by interesting you mean absolutely terrifying then yes, interesting. The EC going off the rails would have a far greater potential for catastrophic consequences (widespread violence and rioting) than any bullshit Trump will pull. It would at the very least destroy the faith in the republic and any semblance of the…
Do you mean loafers? I don’t think so, but this comment is kind of like being upset you have stage 4 cancer because the hospital has the wrong brand of apple sauce.
You are probably like 22 years old so let me tell you something that might help you prepare for the future. In the next 60 or so years before you die, the guy who is president isn’t always going to be your guy, and even when it’s your guy he might be a dickhead or dickhead things. Best thing to do is worry about the…

A little putting words in other people’s mouths and a little treating people as a monolithic hive mind and you can call anyone anything.
1% fans can hear LeBron grunt and bitch at refs/teammates/etc. I don’t think that makes the sport more “human,” whatever the fuck that means. Basketball is a state league. Only five guys can play and the winning team almost always has at least one top-5 player. Add in relatively longer stretches of dominance and…
