Yeah. Because she’s a black woman aligned with Bernie who has charisma. The former would give her a sizable base enough to win a primary and the latter is all you need on a national level.

Because she could actually win a presidential election.
I thought voting wasn’t about purity tests so you shouldn’t withhold support for someone because you disagree on some issues.
You’d actually support Joe Manchin over this guy? Why not Charlotte Pritt, a progressive woman who he screwed over?
Ok, fine. Mark Pocan, Pramila Jayapal, Betty McCollum, Ro Khanna. Explain why replacing Pelosi with any of them would be a bad thing.

How?
Ironically, in your haste, you actually got it right. He is pro-choice. Second, no one made him a savior. Both the article and the comments are pretty nuanced. Third, if you honestly believe in the horseshoe theory, (btw your amendment to it would make everyone the same) you are even dumber than I already thought you…
I don’t know about that. The system is broken but it is what it is and thus I want the actual people to be able to vote on who they want. It is beyond annoying that the primary was over last time before the country’s most populous state voted. We should have one day of a nationwide popular vote. Tired of New Hampshire…
At least this is a good sign in that maybe more progressives will run despite it seeming like Bernie will too. I literally emailed Betty McCollum, begging her to run.
Interesting because I’ve been plugging a progressive West Virginia state legislator with a working class background who declined to support Hillary Clinton for president here for a while, with no hope it’s actually happen and yet I got a different one than I expected.
You’d be wrong and kind of dumb.
It might vary depending on tribe too. I know historically the Cherokee are more conservative/have some fucked up history in relation to race and other stuff.
This is really nuanced and informative. Thanks for this.
I’ve never trusted HBCUs. They seem like segregation with better branding. Am I supposed to be impressed by “historically black water fountains” too?
This is the same Morehouse that frets about students’ gender expression. Funny how that coincides so much with creepy men in power.
The Todd Bowles experience.
I’ve joined some clubs but for different reasons they mostly haven’t lived up to my expectations and a lot I don’t have time for.
HOLY FUCK, ITS TRUE. NOT EVEN NINE MONTHS,WHAT THE FUCK!
A week? More like two and a half at least.
