That is completely true. Never mind it results in fewer deaths and can help a drug user stay alive long enough to maybe seek they help they need, to them it’s the worst kind of sin and they would rather people suffer and die.

I think his comedy background is one thing that makes him such a strong horror director! All his films have great characters and one reason is that they all have senses of humor--you can hear it in the shorthand and jokes they use with each other. It makes you care about them and then the butchery has some stakes.

It wasn’t until the last couple years that I started to appreciate horror movies. Get Out and Us were fantastic. I’ve never seen the original Candyman films, I think I’ll have to check them out.
