It really pisses me off they had one half hearted try at an extended universe and are already giving up. Why can’t one person actually have faith in their IP?

Might depend on how it’s received. Also I wonder if the Flash movie will serve as something of a reboot as well.
Listen, I did not like Batman v Superman at all.
I will keep coming back to this. It’s because they don’t like superheroes and don’t get why people do. So the most unsuperhero-y superhero is the only one they keep coming back to.
The JK Rowling strategy.
We don’t know yet though. As much as I hate Snyder, I’m not going to proclaim they were right to make 2017 JL what it was before I’ve even seen Snyder’s version.
How could that movie be an improvement over anything else?
Hey, it’s not just Brits anymore. Stranger Things took over six and a half months from 3's release to even get actors the scripts for 4. And that’s with filming for 3 having finished eight months prior ro 3's release.
I still think Rosa is pretty clearly better.
Also now in another article you all praise Mandalorian S2 as a whole? Wasn’t most of it “making the universe smaller”?
Netflix’s actions have astounded me. They cancel a well rated show that is short and easy to film in I Am Not OK With This due to “COVID concerns”. They’re already back filming Stranger Things in a hotspot during the worst part of the pandemic. Even if you argue for some reason they were more concerned about IANOWT…
This. Also why is Dave Callaham apparently witing every movie now? What has he done that’s good enough to justify taking over Spiderverse 2 for example?
It’s probably Blade, not FF.

For some reason, they’ve all become convinced that this is what we want right now. Just bizarre.
I’m not saying we shouldn’t criticize them for this, but we should hold our own government accountable too.
Their whole approach to the Snyderverse seemed like a belief superheroes were a fad they needed to capitalize on before it faded. It really seems like WB has had the same top execs since early aughts that don’t understand why people care about any hero other than Batman or Superman and won’t hear any evidence to the…
Because WB has never and continues not to believe in its heroes. I was just thinking about this earlier. I feel WB has avoided a lot of criticism since 2017 marked the death of the Snyderverse. But let’s analyze what has happened. They basically reverted from thinking the superhero genre was a passing fad they needed…
You missed one good season, 10. It saddens me so many gave up on the show that not many are aware of this quality season of tv.
I can not understand hating the Luke appearance enough to call it one of the worst moments in all of tv of the year because it “makes the universe smaller”, but also thinking the Timeless Child reveal is one of the best of the year.
