There are totally some things I've picked up on by now (I'm at the beginning of season 4 already because procrastination = Netflix). Definitely a few things that made me think "Oh, OH, I know this from somewhere!" (Bounty Hunter, especially)

I'm trying to work on a take-home final, but the professor neglected to give us a real example of what to do and I'm half lost now. At any rate, I'm going to give up for now, since it's not due until Tuesday at midnight, and see if Troop Beverly Hills is still on Amazon Prime.
Me too! I'm watching it now because I was terrified of it when it was on TV (I was 3 when it started), but now that I've watched Fringe, it's waaaaay less scary.
Of course! I can't deny others the joy of mini meatloaves with cheese.
I made tiny cheddar-filled meatloaves, and now I'm going to get a beer and take a bath with the appropriately named Lush "The Comforter" Bubble Bar. Probably going to read Let's Pretend This Never Happened while I'm at it because Jenny Lawson.
I hate that speech. The last time I got a UTI, I went to sleep with discomfort and woke up with blood in my urine. Getting lectured over something that intensified while I slept (literally overnight) was NOT something I dealt with well, especially as they're giving me a shot in my hip because the infection spread to…
I've never trusted the police anywhere I've lived, small town or city. It makes me glad to see other people being forced to reconsider their "cops can do no wrong" attitudes, especially after some of the shit they said after the lack of indictment for Wilson.
My cat is almost 20 and has very few elderly cat problems! Mostly she's grumpy, and I'm pretty sure she'll live forever.
I have a mystery bruise on my thigh that's worse than that. Fuck this.
I keep forgetting about Maggie and Glenn, which is an issue. I wish the Termites had been used for a couple of more episodes because of Gareth. But I guess they wanted to get the whole hospital deal rolling or whatever, even though Dawn really isn't that good of a villain, in my opinion. Like, she's shitty, but…
I would watch that show, since those are the characters I like best, although I am more fond of Rick now that he's so crazy...I probably have some issues. I'm half hoping Beth is the "big" death so I don't have to be angry about it.
NOPE. Would run away, probably crying. Attics are creepy by nature, like basements and the weird Harry Potter room under my stairs.
It is DEFINITELY possible to be attracted to that mustache. And seriously, Maggie, we know you have Glenn back, but come on!
I just rewatched it on Netflix and got so creeped out because no thank you.
They should give us at least two extra episodes to make up for the Abraham/Eugene one, because I did not care about them, whoops.
Since TWD is on tonight, I'm experimenting with the lights so that I can see the TV best AND run for my life if necessary. Plus I've seen the library episodes of Doctor Who and the glowy-bug X-Files, so I know the dark is probably full of terrifying creatures.
It's disgusting. I stayed away from the idea of teaching for years because of the crap my parents/family were going through (administration/parents/peers/the world) , but in the end, it's what I want to do. Although, since I'm in Texas, by the time I'm in a classroom, we probably won't have any funding and the STAAR…
I firmly believe people who don't have the actual desire to teach should stay away from the field. It's not an easy job, dammit.
That's how I feel about teaching! I almost shook a girl who was telling me she was going into special ed because she couldn't get into a nursing program :/ it's really, REALLY, not a backup profession.
Good for you! Special Ed really needs so many people, and I'm glad it's something you're passionate about. I should be graduating with my bachelor's in EC-6 education next December and I can honestly say it's the best choice I've ever made. It can be really frustrating at times, but it's worth it.
