IKR? I’ve known this “trick” since 2005 when I first started seeing these contraptions. I figured everyone already knew how to play around it but it remains because it is a pleasing and ergonomic method of reminding people not to waste electricity.

Tomb Raider is the very definition of “mixed reviews” which requires a stretch to push into the negative category.
My momma always told me I had talent... Glad to finally know she wasn’t lyin’!
The owners may not have known it was dangerous to place an animal in the overheads because it’s not their job. The fucking flight attendent should’ve known and been more attentive.
I can perhaps offer my 2 cents which may provide an insight into other males; there is a certain rush or “forbidden fruit” pleasure from fantasizing about rough sex and blurred lines of consent where it’s as if you are “taking advantage” over someone. Humans have buried deep inside their brains a certain affinity and…
Just playing Devil’s Advocate; anyone who’s cleaning Oprah’s room, KNOWS they’re clearning Oprah’s room and wouldn’t mind taking extra time for it, especially if money keeps dropping out of every hole she cleans out.
Porn and the issues that come with it ARE problematic; but the issues that arise from a strict federal ban on porn are almost definitely going to be even worse.
Ohhh I heard it wasn’t as good but I’m halfway through and loving it! I might be easily manipulated but somehow episode 2 managed to redeem a character and then make me almost cry for them all in the span of roughly 150 seconds. I feel like such an idiot for that haha.
I’ve always found her versatile and a very good actress and comedian as opposed to a comedian “who can act”. Have you seen The Skeleton Twins? She’s really good in that and also she was surprisingly touching in one of Coachella’s more interesting performances:
Pumped for this; Kristen Wiig has always had the dramatic chops and this will finally show the mainstream audience what she can do with a big role.
Damn, where is that gif from? I’ve been staring at it for the last five minutes because I know I KNOW who the girl is but I can’t put my finger on it >_<
First season was definitely the best but the show was worth watching until the end of season 3 if only for the heart-breaking conclusion to Simon and Alisha’s romantic arc.
3 and 4 had the best cast ever and I will fight you over it.
As someone who just can’t enjoy Tyler Perry films; I absolutely agree with everything you just said. Mad respect the empire that’s been built.
There’s numerous angles and possibilities for Black Panther’s China Box Office to succeed, fail or do around what is expected of a Marvel film.
Personally I thought that Wonder Woman was a good movie; comparable to Black Panther in that they both had engaging and wonderful characters with a well-executed pacing which ensures the kiddies and easily-bored adults to stick with the film. They both also presented a wonderful representation in the film industry for…
$112m is the final number from Disney for the weekend.
But should anyone expect anything more(or less) from Hollywood or Coogler in that they are coming from a distinctly American perspective? They cannot accurately portray “Africa” because they are not African and a $200m budget film by virtue can only be made in and by Hollywood.
I sort of see your point but since we are talking about an entirely fictional setting; does it matter if that plane they went to was a reflection of the actual(fictional) world or a projection of T’Challa’s perception of [fictional] reality?
If you look at the “Black Panther” ancestors in the trippy land T’Challa goes to you will notice plenty of women. I don’t think tradition is dictating that a male is the expected ruler of Wakanda; its just that in the current generation of the Royal family T’Challa happens to be the sibling deferred to as the leader…
