I think it’s fair to say though that given the videos she has released; she does display the ability to rap well which isn’t actually the norm these days. I suspect that was also a determining factor in her video doing well and a record label being willing to sign her.

I hate to admit it but I listened to this girl’s videos and she can already rap 50x better than Iggy at 14.

Meh, I’m Asian and had tiger mom/parents and while I can trace a lot of shit that’s wrong with me now back to my childhood and the way I was raised; I can also trace a lot of good things. Like most things in this world, tiger parenting has its pros and cons.

And it’s great that a person whose knowledge of Asian culture seems to be restricted to Western media sources is being outraged on their behalf. Keep the fight up, comrade.

As an Australian who believes strongly in the protection of our media’s editorial protection laws especially in recent times when they are under huge economic duress; the publication that Wilson won against are some true bottom feeding trash who sensationalise and defame people needlessly and wrongly.

The whole issue is that people like you are trying to bring Asia’s long, storied and multi-faceted racial hang-ups and problems to the West(ie. Hollywood) where 9 times out of 10 it is not helpful unless the story is important and sensitive to a certain culture. Heck, most Asians these days don’t really care either.

You know, most East Asians have never given a shit about this even in their own film industries except for the ultra nationalist and conservative herd.

JFC, East Asians in general do not look that fucking different from each other because (surprise!) their genetic lineage only moved apart in relatively recent times. Similar to many ethnicities from different countries in the South-East Asian region and again in the South Asian region.

The recent Baywatch film was a failure in by every measurable standard...

You just keep doing your thing RJ! Watching people defend this creative decision by King will possibly be as entertaining as the film! Which I personally quite enjoyed FWIW.

NK(no matter the ruler) has been making similar threats and rhetoric for OVER half a century but hasn’t ever actually restarted the Korean War through open hostilities; why? Because it was never their plan or what they really wanted. Their goal in realistic terms is to parlay their threats into recognition, legitimacy

In terms of danger to actual US territory from NK; it’s always been minimal and will continue to be minimal for the foreseeable future despite their marketing/propaganda about nuclear weapons and ICBMs. US military technology and counter-tactics will continue to develop at a far more rapid rate.

NK has nuclear weapons now which is great for PR purposes but the stakes are pretty much the same as it has always been; destruction of the Korean Peninsula in both the North and South.

You seem to favor Trump which seems suitable because you appear to be as capable of rational thought as he is.

I just saw your comment while reading a reply from this fool. I will quote him:

NK’s primary goal is self-preservation and maintaining its own sovereignty; the only way they are able to do this is in an overwhelmingly hostile international environment(which has continued to be hostile over the decades) is by developing and stockpiling weapons in order to deter any major incursions to their

You’re missing out on the fact that China has an abundance of resources, poorly developed land and citizens(heck, they have a larger population than the entirety of Europe, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico put together).

All of the names you listed(and many many more presidents) just treated NK diplomacy in the fashion that 90% of geopolitical experts from both the West and East have advocated for; promote the status quo and don’t shake things up.

You sound fun.

Actually, if you research the consensus opinions of geopolitical experts from both the West and the East; they generally say that NK has always been predictable in its power plays and those plays more or less tend to favour the current status quo of non-war while incrementally strengthening their own
