You need to toughen up; men have zero shame in jerking off to girl-on-girl action. Why should you feel bad about fantasising about gay men?

When I talk to Americans I always perceive a lot of animosity between people due to the diet they have chosen for themselves. Like a lot of hatred for vegans and etc.
Or for that matter; the world’s perception of you. Let them do what helps them out, the dead got no stakes in the world of the living.
Depending on your beliefs.... Why would you care? You’re not the one that still has to live in this world; they are.
Fortnight is commonly used in a lot of English speaking countries like the UK... more often than you would hear “two weeks”.
Che’s texts were definitely mad rude and arrogant. At least according to my standards and experience.
As a cis-guy who has had a relationship with a girl 8 years my junior(I was 27, she was 19). I will say that some of the way he treated you might not be completely intentional and just a natural difference in perspective and experiences which are going to be different.
Literally no one outside of America calls it Doctors without Borders... whether they speak French or not.
If only the US had mandatory voting... But “CONSTATUSHUUUUUUUUN!”
It sucks but it is what it is, Carrie and her family have lived their entire lives in the spotlight and they expect nothing less and have taken all the preparation they would like for the service.
There were two POC in just the main group of kids. The honors student with a French-Vietnamese mother and the transgender boy with the Asian dad.
What you said is true, but I also just feel like everyone including Narcisse is ignoring the fact that the main cast of kids had two POC in it. Are they not worthy of being POC because their skin colour is not dark enough?
Well said.
It’s one of those shows which will click with you and make you think it is absolutely beautiful, or it won’t and you will think it’s garbage. There’s a small minority who are “meh” about it but the vast majority of people will have a hit or miss opinion of it.
Nothing wrong with not enjoying these kinds of endings. I’ve just seen nearly all of Brit Marling’s works as a screenwriter and she excels and obviously enjoys using these ambiguous “make your own choice” endings so I was expecting and even somewhat wanted that from The OA and it didn’t disappoint, heh.
Well, fuck. I was so entranced the show somehow made me sit through an 8-hour butt marathon. Actually, I did get up for a quick pizza run before starting the final episode. Don’t regret a moment of it.
Well said, I’d just like to add that if the The OA had given any sort of concrete answers to any of the expansive questions and philosophical musings in the show it would all seem rather reductive and break one of the more important themes in the show; the blurred lines between objectivity/subjectivity and what truly…
Those who cannot believe cannot see.
If you’re enjoyment of the show hinges on finding an objective and definitive answer for “What exactly happened?” then you’re probably barking up the wrong tree and missing a significant point in the show.
Debbie and Liz made up eeeeeeons ago back when Liz was with Burton. They might not have ever been besties again but they were definitely friendly to one another.
