I think this is the affect of unionized labor in Germany. By negotiating more participation of the employees, the employees, in return, takes ownership in the company.

It is awesome how when meetings start to pile up, please bring their laptops and just work in the meeting room without really paying attention or contributing to the meeting. I have to ask if no one is listening, why are we hear?

Never said it did. My point is thousands of moms do it everyday with no issues what so ever. It is also that no one cares if yo nurse your baby. They start pushing back when you say your rights trump theirs. Scroll through the responses. You will find plenty of posts that say literally that.
