Obvious troll is... well, once again obvious.

Not subtle - you just don't have a point.
Sure, if your garage is an establishment open to the general public and permitted licensed to do so by the local government. I would say it is perfectly fine. Your analogy is invalid.
Fair point. If they just said "screw all this noise" and got rid of the cheerleaders, I do not think it would impact profits at all. For events they could contract hospitality workers as needed.
Maybe they include the cheerleaders for sake of tradition and there really is no revenue stream that can be attached to their performance?
Glass makes doing so 400% easier. Since there are vast numbers of photos and videos on the internet taken without the subjects permission, I am going to go out on a limb and assume there are people who enjoy doing this.
Internet much? If you did you would find it is full of candid photography and video taken without the subject's permission.
I KNEW there had to be a catch.
This is my understanding - you get a voucher not cash. I have never seen cash offered and I fly every week.
Agreed. The car is interesting, but not at $6,500.
Dude - don't be specious. You know exactly what my point is.
I believe we are showing outrage at both. I cannot do much about the NSA while flying, but I can ask someone to remove the Glass.
The flushed my miles when I didn't fly for a year. 90,000+ miles gone. Yeah, yeah, it is in the terms, which I hadn't realized had changed. Anyways, I mourned the loss of miles, but felt EMANCIPATED! I could now fly any airline I wanted without worrying about building my miles on United.
Your phone is not hanging on your face pointed directly at me.
You can't tell the difference in effort in banning Glass on flights and changing the practices of the NSA, CIA, FBI, etc? You do realize we are actively trying to curb the federal agencies as well.
Yeah. You won't find this on any American airline. Also, that 787 you flew on would have to be swapped out with a 15 year old MD80.
But.... it is the people that created the government and then requested them to ban the small majority that do not understand where it is acceptable to smoke.
It is a matter of weighing other peoples desire for privacy against you pressing need to do whatever is so pressing with your Glass. Glass lost this one.
"No it's not"
This is probably a good idea. Many people and cultures do NOT appreciate being photographed or videoed without their permission. Better to avoid the conflict while at 34,000 feet.
