Legally speaking, they would never be required to buy back at sticker price since you had usage of the vehicle for a period of time. Likely, they would do some type of formula to determine a lower amount to pay out to each owner. I’m an owner and have spoken to a lawyer. We’re moving forward with a lawsuit against VW…
