Or anyone who currently works for this pop culture website.

Not to mention her needing to get his drifting attention during the game, and the fact their amazing rapport resulted in 3rd runner-up.

The air conditioner scene felt inspired by the scene in Miller's Crossing where Bernie shakes down Tom, than after he leaves Tom's apartment, Tom scrambles to intercept him before he can get away.

I don't know, man. I don't really want to fight with you about it. I'm willing to let it go.

I had forgotten that. Yeah. That was pretty bad.

It all depends on the income of the gullible people in your social circle. I could sell a passable Tarot reading for $25 a pop. If I had Gwyneth's contacts, I could mark that up to $1000 or more.

Fox has a key that you can put in your computer and take things of the Internet.

She's still getting an average of two movie roles a year and was the star of a TV show a couple of years ago. It's a stretch to say that she had been blacklisted in anyway. Her career isn't exactly prestigious, but I'm sure most people who go into acting would be happy to get the work she is getting.

Thanks. Still sickening, but just in a different way.

"Similarly, Fox paid now-former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes more than $40 million when he was forced out in the wake of his own sexual-harassment charges, money he reportedly used to buy a $36 million house in Palm Beach, Florida."

Well, I thought the pens were dubious inclusion too. Given the vast array of branding and designs Bic has gone through over the years, was this even more than a blip for them? If they ended up selling slow, all the had to do was ditch the "For Her" packaging, and the pens would be fine.

Well, it was until last year. But most days you get at least one political story with no pop culture angle, like this one.

Then enlighten me.

I wonder if you can really call them a failed "product". Maybe it was failed marketing, but even if the Her's packaging was an obstacle, just rip the packaging open, put them in a tub and they would sell just fine in the stationary section of any store. The product is fine.

This article basically boils down to "we spread some false gossip about trump, and it totally got a rise out of him. lulz."

That puzzled me as well. Accidental innovation should be another museum entirely.

That one seemed a little out of place. It's more of a marketing error than a poor product design. I am sure they were perfectly good pens.

Just to give legal notice in case you are planning on doing something with this idea, I already trademarked the name Manhands™ in another comment.

I wouldn't count Zune as it is just a failed brand of MP3 player, which was a successful product overall. If we include that, we need to start including inferior brands of everything.

There is big difference to me between an ambitious failure like the Apple Newton and something pathetic like Hers pens. I knew the Newton was a dud at the time, but I was still excited at the potential. I didn't realize we were still almost 15 years away from smartphones actually carrying through on the idea.
