i think even GM fanboys know their beloved bowtie is fucked. Brand loyalty doesn't mean much when you can't trust the product.

okay enough is enough. Fuck GM and their shitty products and shady half assed coverups. Great to know that for years I've been surrounded by other drivers whose shitbox cars had ignition switch problems. I have a Sears lawnmower with electric start and guess what, it has never just shut off on me unexpectedly.
the wife and i were down to the Mazda CX-5 and the VW Jetta Sportwagen. Bought the Jetta. It's not a sedan but it's not a CUV either. I like my sedan, they're quieter and I like the looks better than a hatch, but we had to have at least one non-sedan in the family to haul shit. and the dog.
that's what I'm thinking... Wouldn't this just put a lever in charge of selecting gears instead of a computer?
Who will do this first, Jay Leno or the sultan of Dubai?
thank cocaine and the tail end of an acid trip for that copy.
the only things I know about Africa in the 1980's come from the movie "the gods must be crazy" and given that benchmark I think people would have been happy with canvas roofed go karts. Seriously though, if you don't have skilled mechanics on every street corner (or at all) then an aircooled small engine is what you…
in the back of their minds I'm sure they're thinking that direct order cars would open the floodgates for little Chinese shitboxes to be sold without a dealer network. Kind of like little shitbox Chinese scooters.
it's worth two grand just to see the reactions from everyone who ever sees you driving it anywhere at anytime.
also most compact cars are pushing $20k these days.
what will be funny is watching riced out ecoboost mustangs spanking the shit out of old 4.6 GTs.
i think forgetting to latch the hood and destroying a windshield is one of those dumb things that happens more often than you'd think. Mixing up pedals is not... People should lose their license if they screw this up.
probably one of those lousy 2 foot users. The only people who should be using 2 feet while driving are rally drivers and those of us with 3 pedals.... And the left foot ONLY ever touches the clutch.
i bought a mkiii glx for $1200 a few years ago. Not the best car but the vr6 makes some of the best sounds in the biz once you hack up the airbox and exhaust a bit.
true story I just bought a 2014 Jetta Sportwagen and my only reservations were due to the quality issues VW had back in the mkiv days. Let's hope they've ironed all that shit out.
mazda5 is an amazing family vehicle for 2 young kids and a large dog. All I had to do was drive a caravan and it sealed the deal on the Mazda
I'm sure marketeers have already decided that nobody would buy this car just like the VW polo, diesels, all Renaults, and a bunch of others cars that have no chance of coming here, because 'Merica.
Lincoln needs 2 things- a worthy halo car and a legit sports coupe. Make a retro Continental with suicide doors and real wood interior- that's the halo. Make a futuristic looking MarkIX based on the 2015 mustang but make it so different from the Mustang that it's hard to tell they're from the same platform. Both must…
i simply assumed this was shot in Russia or maybe Florida. And I was wrong....
you know the old adage that money isn't everything? Well rich folks and large corporations sure do try and solve a lot of problems by throwing money at them. In all fairness GM is doing a crazy amount of recalls too in order to save face- but I'm glad they're making with the cash for victim's families
