5th gear: hasn't the Corvette used fiber reinforced transverse leaf springs for a while now? I guess coil springs would be harder to do...

Toyotas. All Toyotas enjoy and deserve a good thrashing... But especially their trucks. My solid axle 1985 4x4 was bullet-fucking-proof and you could fix anything with a metric socket set, a hammer, and a torch- with the occasional big prybar getting involved.
i wish I could be all "oh poor GM" but apparently they've built a lot of shit vehicles. The only thing I'd ever consider is a light truck from them- and I like the LS engine.
*this make Google fanboy happy*
i learned on a company vehicle. They asked if I knew how to drive stick, I lied. Toyota pickups are super easy to learn on....
it would really suck if Mary Barra gets shitcanned over all this drama she inherited. I can't say that she's managing it better or worse than anyone else would- but she is doing an admirable job of representing a company that's locked in a full on shitstorm
it blows my mind that the ray digiorgio scandal was made possible by hidden emails and such... How does a multi billion dollar automaker not use a ticketing system to track issues and provide transparency? Delphi's test results came in via email? To one guy??
he should have listened to his ex-girlfriend...
Wrx wagon. Too soon?
this is exactly what the gtr needs in the looks department... A little less Altima and a little more batshit crazy.
favorite car I've ever owned? 1985 Pontiac parisienne... I won't fault you if you have to Google it-they probably sold dozens of them in the 80s. Had freaking wheel arch covers on the rear and a landau top. It floated over bumps. I'd love to be reunited with that car
ford is so good at PR... They called bullshit on their own mileage figures before the epa could narc on them (like Hyundai)... This in the wake of the GM ignition crisis makes Ford look like they're committed to making good on even the slightest infraction. As if to say "yes, you can trust Ford"
love it. Multi billionaire cares more about proliferation of tech than making more billions. Public hero status achieved.
you beat me to the tony stark ref.
except for the blast, which was a total piece of shit, I really liked Buell's lineup before they went tits up. The city-cross bikes were especially cool I thought.
if I were a 4c owner I'd be super pissed about this... Until the moment I'm t-boned on the morning commute by some coffee schwilling half-asleep asshat who's tweeting while driving- then I'd appreciate all that shit.
back in the day my buddy had a 5th ave of similar vintage. The handling was, let's say... Nautical, and that comparison is an affront to many boats out there. I'd offer him $1100 though for a zero-fucks-given-mobile
they're stupid... I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
road legal spec racer maybe? Make it light and toss a Nissan 4 banger turbo in there with much boosts. Ariel atoms have ruled the roost for long enough
i like how the offending car gets the fuck out of dodge and heads across the infield right quick... That way he can see the ass whooping coming
