From what I remember long ago, Chrono Cross barely had anything to do with Chrono Trigger. As a game, it’s a great game. As a sequel, it’s really disappointing.

Drink lots of water, go light on the protein and heavy on vegetables. Eat meals that are gentle on the stomach. When I was in China years ago to visit my wife’s family, we were eating heavy, oily meals everyday.
