I guess I should stop asking him when Nintendo’s going to localize his other game... /s

It’s almost as if NOA is picking up bad culturally-ingrained habits from Nintendo Co., Ltd. 😏

Oh, nice! I didn’t get a chance to buy a second Fallout Anthology last time before they went out of stock... Won’t make that same mistake this time!

As someone whose vision has good days and bad days and just happened to be wearing his glasses out of necessity to watch the Superb Owl (✨🦉✨), the Pixel ad hit hard.

Seriously, $3.5k is approaching low-end Varjo headset money, and that’s got REAL TECH behind it. Granted, Apple’s shiny facehugger is a standalone unit and last I knew Varjo doesn’t have a standalone yet, but Varjo headsets also make Apple’s HMD look like the Virtual Boy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Batman Forever mugs looked amazing with something brightly-colored (Like Mtn. Dew or orange soda) in them. The only problem with them—aside from being tied to that movie—was that they were very cheaply made so some of them had really prominent mold lines on them that were SHARP AS FUCK.

Ah, “The one where Beverly fucks a ghost.” as Sean from TrekCulture calls it, much to my amusement. 🤣👌

it was such a drip feed, it was hard to track the events, and every day it was just the same crap - do some gacha pulls, feel disappointed, fight some enemies the same way.

Guitterez-Reid had real guns, and, not only that, was allegedly fucking around shooting them with live ammo on set between takes.

Wait, seriously? I mean, I guess that shouldn’t surprise me because holy shit... But at the same time...that totally surprises me... I couldn’t tell, and I’ve literally done those kinds of VFX! 😂

I don’t disagree, but at the same time...look at the movies Keanu is in. Clearly there are very different requirements.

Thanks, I hate it. 😰

I’m not entirely sure how it’s all built

In the same video, you see THE FLOOR ITSELF moving the chair he’s sitting in around the space at a pretty good clip! I’d warrant the current limitation is the motion control itself; they have to quantify the motion of individuals within the tracking/motion volume in order for the floor tiles to know what to do to zero

That would be their best defense... It’s kinda dicey though, because that’s basically an affirmative defense, and if a court were to find it didn’t have merit as parody......  That would be a bad day for them.  🤔

We’re not talking about trademark law, we’re talking about copyright. And this comes—at the very leastperilously close to being similar enough to be mistaken for Game Freak’s brand and IP, which actually is something they can be sued for.

Pocketpair CEO said the company has ‘absolutely no intention of infringing’ upon the Pokémon copyright

Simple: Corporations would sooner burn this world to a cinder than allow such a reform to happen without any kind of compromise.

Copyright law needs to be reworked to have a clause not unlike the whole thing in trademark law where not defending your trademark loses you the trademark.
