I love these analog thumbsticks... I’ve used them in all sorts of projects, too. Like a little controller for a camera gimbal.

I’ve never seen the inside of a PS4 controller...but as far as I can tell those are the same analog stick modules used in everything from the PS1 onward. Which makes sense, it’s a jellybean part these days, available from hundreds if not thousands of suppliers.
