Not surprised they are being sold order only basis for launch. Low demand for the brand in general tied with the amazingly high prices on 4K+HDR TV sets in this country even now make this a hard sell for anyone other than the die hards.

You should have asked a question then instead of giving an opinion?

I bought a used copy of Street Fighter V at Wal-mart the other day for $11.86, so I’ve been messing around with it (once I did the 15.1GB update and last night downloaded the free 8GB scenario). Also re-started Zelda: A Link Between Worlds for the 3DS on Hero mode so I’ll be playing around with that too.

I always wondered where they must have kept the pharaoh’s vast noodle collection.

Guess he wont be able to play arms anymore

TG16 had Bonk, and Bonk was better than Bubsy.

You did read the intial post where I said that I’d stop buying games from Gamestop, right?
And the follow up, to which you just replied, where I said that it’d be increasingly unlike that I’d buy games from Gamestop?

and I’m a hard no on the switch.

I am in agreement. For folks with more money then time, fine, let them get ultramega sword of murder and godlikeDBZ armor of hell for $$$ For those of us who prefer the old ways, allow us to earn it. That way it’s not perfect, but both sides can be happy.

Micro-transactions are almost a given, but how they are implemented will be the trick. Like the latest AC, as long as you can earn almost, if not everything by playing the game, folks can deal with that. I would also say that I expect a few devs to try this and lose out because of how they are implemented, become gun

Single player games aren’t going to die out. What people are forgetting is that there’s hundreds of single player focused experiences out there on the market and more arriving every month across PC’s and consoles. That’s not likely to change just because a few AAA studios have decided to focus more on multiplayer

Single-player games won’t die. Both Japanese and indie developers still make an overwhelming majority of single-player games.

Long live the Switch and long live Nintendo. Honestly, as a guy who plays a LOT of persistent online games, I would DETEST a world where no single player games exist or it became a niche concept.

As a parent with kids and many interests apart from video games, I simply don’t have time for online versions of many of these games. I really hope there’s some truth and action behind these quotes, otherwise, they’re just ice cream on the pavement.

Console loyalty is my guess. A lot of people can’t afford both a Nintendo console and a PS4/Xbox One or don’t want to, so they start making justifications for why their choice is the superior one. Works the other way around as well with people that just have Nintendo systems. It’s all dumb tribalism, like so many

Complaining about the plot of a Mario game. JFC.

Y’know...I bought The Order a few months back when it was on sale for like $4, and I don’t think it’s as bad as people make it out to be. The gameplay, story, and characters are about as shallow as they come, but if you look at it purely as a graphical showcase, it’s still pretty damn impressive.

Yeah, I HATE games that give me plenty of stuff to do outside of the main story. I want to be done with my $60 purchase in 5 hours, 10 tops. Anything beyond that is pointless filler.

He’s chinese, so fuck him.
