I purchased and played the Japanese version simply because it was half the cost of the imported US version. Now, I’m absolutely against censorship. But after reading about what turns out to be a few seconds of some nipple-less breasts and a random dong, I made the decision that I probably wouldn’t give a shit.

Me too. Personally, I’m not a fan of Ginza. Very sterile and boring compared to the other popular areas in Tokyo.

Yeah, Shibuya crossing can be hit or miss. Some days it's practically empty, and others it's pure chaos. Shinjuku is crazy too, but I'm more of a Shibuya kinda guy. Always enjoy my time there.

Ryazza Mae! I have my wife to thank for knowing popular talent from the Philippines...

This. There must be more to this story because you need, from what I remember, at least 180k per month to be able to get visa. And even that is a horrible salary.

Well yeah, WoW is fucking ancient. Of course FF14 would be a more advanced MMO.

I haven't the slightest idea what Birdman is.

Can't wait for The Order! Game looks amazing.

That's interesting, because I played it at TGS as well, and thought it was pretty good, with a lot of promise.

That's for both of us, too. So it's a good deal. National pension on the other hand...

For what it's worth, social healthcare can be expensive as well. Here in Japan it's all income based; the more you make, the more you pay. Even as city employees my wife and I pay around 300 US dollars a month. Some employers don't pay anything, so it could be double that if we were unlucky.

This statement is flat out wrong. These type of games are extremely niche, and by no means representative of the mainstream market here.

Mie is a bit far from Tochigi, but I'd go check this out.

Awesome! Thanks!

It's not listed, but Best Buy has Assassins Creed Rogue for 45 dollars. I picked up a copy.

Wolfenstien was fantastic. Biggest surprise of the year for me, and easily one of the best games I've played in 2014. And to think I almost dismissed it completely based on the prior games in the series. Do not miss out on playing this game!

It was too high, indeed. But now it's too low, and getting even more so. The hardest hit are consumers. If Japan made an effort to open it's borders to both foreign workers, raise wages, and import goods, the average person might not be so adversely effected.

There is also a butter shortage as well. The plummeting yen, Abe getting re-elected, and a country who's insanely high import tariffs and price-fixing are crushing consumers is just the beginning. This country better get used to things like this, because this is Japan's future.

I've never played it. I woke up, went to my PS3 and started downloading. Can't wait to play it.

Is this what poor people argue about?
