It’s written right on the goddamn thing, if I’m not mistaken.

“Whomsoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor.” This is what Odin says when he casts Thor out in the original film, so it holds that if you have the hammer you have Thor’s powers, including lightning magic.
Coincidentally, the phrase “he felt it move when he tugged” is found in over 90% of Cap Thor slashfic. At the risk of ruining the innuendo with a relevant Joss Whedon reference, the hammer is his penis.
I’m inclined to think that he felt it move when he tugged, and then decided he wasn’t worthy by himself. That’s just how I read the scene, though.
Oh, I can do better than that! You know how *spoilers* Cap goes back in time and marries Peggy Carter? Joe Russo recently admitted that if he could rewrite it, he would have ended up with Hermione.
Wait until they reveal Tony Stark poops in the suit.
Can’t believe there actually are working people, in non-management positions, that truly believe unions are a bad thing..... :/ this is why we can’t have nice things
My Mom is a nurse and hated being forced to be in a union. She’d complain about it constantly. Now that she’s moved to a state without a nursing union she’s realized what she was getting.
Forced arbitration blatantly disregards due process and should be illegal.
Last spring, a producer for Tucker Carlson invited my former colleague Brendan O’Connor onto Fox News to discuss a recent encounter between the Democratic Socialists of America and Milo Yiannopoulos. For a couple of hours, Brendan seemed into doing it, if only to make fun of the host. I decided it was my job, for a…
Boo, I was considering getting this... Thanks for writing this and saving me some money.
Almost zero companies actually care about their employees. They care about how much labor they can steal for as little pay as possible without it getting out how bad they are. Saying a company shouldn’t do this shitty practice is like saying a bear shouldn’t hibernate. Companies exist to exploit labor and consumers…
I don’t believe a word Riot officially says. They did not do anything substantial when the issues surfaced initially which prompted this walkout. The managers can make thing really uncomfortable or make/find excuses to fire people. HR will not have the employees’ backs.
Due process shouldn’t mean ignoring what one already knows or can reasonably believe to be true.
This was like, a million people accusing this guy though. If I’m not mistaken, this was the guy that ran around nut-tapping people and farting on them and shit, it’s not really a he-said she-said scenario, it’s “everyone saw this guy being a disgusting immature pig on a regular basis.”
I don’t know where you work, but where most people work, if someone has received multiple credible sexual harassment complaints from fellow employees, they don’t get to keep continue working there for months and months as though nothing has happened, until the entire legal process plays out. They just get fired. If…
Nicely put. Unfortunately a good amount of workers in this day and age seem to have what reminds me of Stockholm syndrome, except their abusers are waving around their shiny paychecks.
if they don’t like the job they can just leave...
