He has to know when to pull over to catch things. So best case scenario, he hears a buzz and pulls over. Worst case scenario, he’s splitting his attention looking back and forth from the road to the seat, which could cause an accident. Also suddenly stopping on a highway is a) a dick move and b) reckless driving.
